There are definitely several strong similarities between Aubrey and her character April on "Parks and Recreation." Not only can they both paralyze anyone with a single look, the two are also very clear about their emotions:

Like April, Aubrey is also half-Puerto Rican. Although she doesn't speak Spanish fluently, she clearly understands it and isn't afraid to use it to her advantage. Her words say it all:

"If you ever speak to me in Spanish please use the formal 'usted'."
-April

"I'm sick of rap songs telling me what to do... I'm gonna write a song back and be like, "Boy, brush your teeth!"
-Aubrey

"I don't have any regrets or I wouldn't be the person I am today."
-Aubrey
